Do
you have a court date?
You should make an appointment to
see me early, but anytime prior to your
next court date - even one day prior - is
OK. It is very common to adjourn your
first court date to a more suitable date.

appointment to see me both before your lodge
the objection and after you receive your

registered in your name. Bring with you

work out if your case has a realistic
prospect of success, what the risks and
costs are, work out a strategy
including a time-line for action. After a
conference, if you decide your case is not
worth pursuing you don't need to incur any
further legal fees.
