- Since 1991 I have
been a member of the Victorian Bar
and have been practicing motor
traffic law in Melbourne as a
barrister. For the past 15
years I have worked exclusively in
motor traffic law particularly in
drink driving, dangerous driving,
driving while suspended, speeding,
demerit points, unpaid fines and
fine enforcement, as well as all
other motor vehicle and road related
matters.
I accept briefs from
solicitors to appear for their clients
in the major jurisdictions -
Magistrates Court, County Court, and
Supreme Court. I can also accept
briefs directly from defendants in
Magistrates Court criminal/traffic
cases. I appear in all Magistrates
Courts throughout Victoria. I have
also defended traffic cases in Local
and Magistrates' Courts in Tasmania,
Qld, S.A., W.A. and NSW.
You are welcome to contact
me if
you need legal advice
or representation.
